Montessori Toddler Overview

July 11, 2026 9am-4pm with Castle O’Neill, $175

Located at Keystone Montessori School in North Chelmsford, MA

This workshop will cover environmental design, toddler developmental characteristics, role of the adult, use of materials and activities, holding boundaries, and building responsibility and independence with young children in Montessori toddler environments. It is geared toward anyone looking to gain a deeper understanding of working with toddlers and would be a good choice for lead teachers without Montessori training, teachers who did their training online, trained toddler teachers looking for a refresher, or individuals thinking about Montessori certification.

Singing and Storytelling in the Early Childhood Environment

2026 date TBD with Leah Walsh, $45

Online workshop

Weaving songs and stories into our classrooms not only activates our senses, makes us smile, and builds community, it also helps young children develop oral language skills that set them up for success. We don’t need to have perfect voices or perform for the children but we do need the skills to create an environment that values creativity, singing, and sharing stories. Leah will give you practical advice and ideas to enhance the language curriculum and bring more joy into your classroom. She will sing with you and guide you in building your confidence so you can incorporate more of this work into your every day practice.
